I am not used to going to such a large jewelry store and was hesitant to the whole thing but walking in to Reeds everyone is standing and welcoming you with smiles all around. Gina especially! Words can't even describe how professional, personable and caring. You really have to work with her to feel the whole experience with her. She works with you on matching your dream with your finical situation. She makes you feel like family not a price tag. Thank you Gina and being such a great asset to Reeds Orchard Park! Will never buy here again. Shop Buffalo, NY's best selection of engagement rings, fine jewelry, and diamonds. When I went to this location in the past, I avoid it because the people have always been rude. But I walked by & saw Emalie from the Florence store &. Told trade in on diamond studs as long as new pair at least 50% more $. Went tonight for 'customer appreciation' salesperson reiterates full trade policy as long as new pair 50% greater. Got down to ordering $$$$ pair of studs and Mgr. Now states that new pair must be 100% greater value to trade up. Lost a customer for life. All over a grand or two. Should call event 'customer disappointment night'. Was hoping buy my awesome wife nice upgrade on studs. We'll be shopping local jewelers from now on. I do like their helpful salespeople. PS they have zero Rolex selection at this location. Was told 'we're the red headed step child store' and their stock is picked over by other store. I went to see Gina at Reeds because my husband got me a serious ring upgrade after 7 years of marriage. Gina nailed it! I am obssessed with my ring and wouldn't change one thing about my ring, I love it! Gina took about 2 hours to really customize and personally design my ring the way I envisioned from finding the PERFECT band to ordering the PERFECT FLAWLESS stone and then resizing it and having it ready the next day! She even managed to redesign my original wedding band and took its look up aesthetically 100 notches. Gina is the best, go see her for your dream diamond! I promise you won't be disappointed!
